Chef Kim pursued her culinary education in San Diego, California, fueled by her love for food and her desire to bring joy through her delicious creations.

In her role as a personal chef, she honed her skills in a wide array of cuisines and cooking methods to meet the diverse tastes of her clientele.

During her culinary journey, she came to realize not everyone had the advantage of learning from two generations of family cooks (her grandmother and mother).  This realization motivated her to impart her practical and professional culinary knowledge to those eager to enhance their cooking abilities.

With years of teaching experience, Chef Kim integrated her instructional expertise into her culinary business.

The salmon en papillote was a multi-layered parchment packet filled with an explosion of various flavors.
